Soft and fuzzy changing pad cover with fun raised dots fits 3" thick flat changing pads. Elastic around entire edge for easy on and off. The fabric is 100% polyester and is machine washable.

It fit perfectly and shipped/delivered in the amount of time specified. Good price for custom orders too, considered my changing pad was for from standard.
